Important information about the cup: The bottom (on the outside of the cup) is not completely flat. The cup curves slightly inwards at the bottom, making it easier to place and pick up from the table. It also stands stably on the table. The cup is glazed in the middle of the bottom (outermost), but not on the 'ring' that 'contacts' the table. This raw surface also prevents the cup from slipping, ensuring it stands stably. However, it can sometimes occur that when this 'circle/ring' is unglazed (on the outside), some condensation may form on the table with hot drinks in the cup. This is not due to a leak in the cup and is not a defect in the cup.
