Delivery of your goods - Handmade is worth waiting for

We endeavor to ship your item within 1-2 business days. We endeavor to send your goods as quickly as possible, but if the goods are not in stock, and given that they are handmade products, there is a longer delivery time, which is generally 1-4 weeks. You will be informed by email about when you can expect to receive your goods. The purchase amount will only be withdrawn when your order has been dispatched to you.

In case of damage to the goods sent - IMPORTANT

We pack your goods very well and it is very rare for the ceramics to be damaged in transit. However, should it happen that your goods arrive in a damaged state, please take pictures of the damaged goods including the packaging and send these pictures together to: info@unika-k.dk. This must be done no later than 2 days after receiving the package.

In case of wrong goods
If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect item in relation to the invoice, this will be returned together with the return slip. That you have sent a wrong item must be notified to us no later than 2 days after receiving the package. After we have received this, we will send the correct item free of charge and will also refund your return shipping. If you send the wrong item together with other returned items (which were not sent in error), postage will not be refunded.
