Yes, we are a Danish webshop that has existed for about 10 years.
We are exclusively an online store. If you wish to pick up your item, select 'pickup' during the order process. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable time for both you and us for pickup. If you want to be notified if we participate in a market or have a pop-up shop, sign up for our newsletter HERE
As a general rule, you can expect to receive your package 1-3 days after purchase. We always ship as quickly as possible. During summer holidays or certain periods, delivery may take longer – if this is the case, it will be stated at the top of our pages – in the drop-down menu. Ceramics with custom text – such as our chubby name mug – will only be shipped 2-3 weeks after ordering, as they are made to order.
As a general rule, all utensils (cups, bowls, plates) are dishwasher safe. However, this does NOT apply to items with a gold design. This refers to the ceramics called Marinski Heartmades.
Yes, our functional ceramics - cups, bowls, plates, pitchers - can be used for drinks and food with a clear conscience. Our functional ceramics comply with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's recommendation to use glazes WITHOUT lead and cadmium, which can be harmful to health.
If you are buying ceramics for food products produced outside Denmark, or more importantly outside the EU, and you are concerned about this, then ask the manufacturer before purchasing. In the EU, there are limit values for lead and cadmium in ceramics.
There is one cup where we offer to put text inside the cup. This is our name cup, called Chubby. You choose the text and the cup is available in 15 different colors. This cup is our best-selling gift idea. Go to the Chubby name cup HERE
