Matcha Yuzu Tea Organic - Prestige Anatae - Japanese high quality

This is an organic matcha tea with a touch of freshness from yuzu. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit, similar to a lemon. The natural yuzu flavor in this matcha is made from 100% organic yuzu peels. The yuzu is harvested in the Kagoshima region of Japan, just a few meters from the tea fields. Both the yuzu and the matcha are certified organic. The tea is hand-picked in Kagoshima, Japan.

Matcha is a traditional Japanese green tea made from the youngest tea leaves, ground into a very fine powder. After being hand-picked, the tea leaves are ground between two millstones to achieve a beautiful green powder (an indicator of high-quality matcha). This matcha is 100% organic. The Japanese tea pickers have not used pesticides or other chemicals in its production.

One tin contains 30g. Depending on how strong you like your matcha, use approximately 1-2 grams per matcha cup. This matcha is excellent for traditional matcha (whisked with water). It can also be enjoyed as hot or cold matcha, supplemented with your choice of milk, oat milk, coconut water, or similar.

Matcha is a ground tea that cannot be brewed. It must be stirred (whisked) before serving. Here's how to prepare matcha:

Put 1 level teaspoon of matcha tea in a bowl or matcha cup. Add hot water (max. 75 degrees). Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Enjoy it as is, or add milk of your choice (cold or hot) for a delicious matcha latte or matcha iced latte.
