Important information about the cup: The bottom (on the outside of the cup) is not entirely flat. The cup slightly curves inwards at the bottom, making it easier to place and lift from the table and ensuring stability. The cup is glazed in the middle of the bottom (outer part), but not on the 'ring' that 'contacts' the table. This raw surface also prevents the cup from slipping. However, condensation may sometimes form on the table with hot drinks – this is not a defect in the cup.
