Handmade products are something special
As these are handmade ceramics and porcelain, an item may differ slightly from the image you have seen of the item on the webshop. There will not be large deviations, but there may be small differences in nuance, e.g. size, color and processing. These are handmade products, where each individual product is produced by the potter himself. It is not a case of mechanical mass production, where two products are completely identical. The uniqueness is the charm, which is unika:k's basic business concept. unika:k is therefore not responsible for these small variations and does not consider such products as defective or damaged.
The webshop sells both Danish and foreign ceramics, which are handmade by various artisans. In addition to ceramics, we also sell textiles in the form of tablecloths, table flags, lava stone boards and a coffee shelf.

Payment
Payment can be made with VISA, Mastercard and Mobile Pay. In case of credit card payment, the amount will only be withdrawn when the package is sent from us.
All prices on the webshop are in DKK Danish kroner and include VAT. We reserve the right for printing errors. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Shipment to Denmark
The packages are sent with GLS. You choose which of these 3 delivery methods you want in your order: to parcel shop (DKK 46), to private address (DKK 62), to company address (DKK 52).

At the moment we ship to these EU countries: Belgium, Germany, Austria, Holland, Luxenbourg, Sweden, France.

Security
At unika:k you can safely use your payment card. unika:k uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by others from outside.
Order confirmation
Your order is confirmed via an email, which is sent to your email address immediately after you have approved your purchase. If you have registered as a user of unika:k, you will also be able to find the invoice online by logging in and viewing it on 'my page'.
When purchasing products at www.unika.k.dk, the buyer declares to be in agreement with unika:k's trading conditions, which are mentioned here on the webshop. This is done by ticking the box 'I hereby order the following and confirm that I have read and accept the trading conditions' when you make a purchase in the shop.
Complaint
unika:k provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act.
The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. The complaint also does not cover ceramics that have broken because they have been dropped, hit or placed inappropriately in the dishwasher.
Complaints about errors and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be reported as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. The item can subsequently be returned for an exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. crediting.
