From the day you receive your goods or the package arrives at the parcel shop, you have a 14-day right of return on all unused goods.
The money is returned on all unused returned items and credited if the item is in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The amount will be refunded to the same card with which the purchase was made. The returned goods must be packed in the same way as when the goods were received, so that there is the least possible risk of them being damaged in transit. Feel free to use the same packaging, box filling, etc., that the item arrived in. There is no refund for return packaging, just as there is no refund for return postage. If you cancel the item within the 14-day right of return, the shipping cost of the item to you will be refunded, but not for the shipping cost in connection with your return of the item.
