The potter behind Paper Boat Press is Australian Kylie Johnson, and her title is not only potter, but she is also a poet and has published several books. She combines two of her many talents - handprinting beautiful words (from famous authors) and her own words and poems - on off-white, handmade porcelain. Her messages reach far and are not only known in her home country of Australia. Her ceramics are made in her workshop in Brisbane, where we were lucky enough to visit her in 2013. Her quote tags are popular, for example, as a small hostess gift. Find a quote you think fits the friend. Or to yourself.

Up until Christmas - or actually already in Aug/Sep every year - you can order the popular stars with names, which have been possible for the last 7-8 years. These can only be ordered once a year.
